At Knuckleball Agricultural Services, make work easier for the people who are making a positive difference in our food system. We support farmers, ranchers, brands, and other food system organizations. We help our clients to adopt regenerative, organic, climate-smart, high animal-welfare practices and assist them with the third-party certifications needed to succeed in an ever-changing marketplace. Paul Glowaski Profile shot
As a consultant with Knuckleball Agricultural Services, Paul designs and implements holistic, regenerative farm and ranch systems, integrating livestock into cropping, developing low-stress animal handling, and tailoring cover crops for soil and livestock goals. Paul also advises on third-party certifications, including Organic and Regenerative Organic standards, and provides monitoring for soil, pests, and forage.

Molly Rose has spent the last 15 years working on farms and in the greater food system. Her work experience includes field crew, admin, farmer/florist, and packhouse management in small scale diversified veg and cut flower farms as well as spending the last 6 years in organic and regenerative certification and compliance. Molly Rose brings this diversity of experience to the Knuckleball team as a compliance and systems specialist, dedicated to supporting farmers in achieving organic and regenerative certification. Molly Rose can be found in her garden or enjoying the wilderness of the Sierra Nevada with her husband and young sons.

As a longtime organic inspector, Debbie Leverenz has conducted more than 1,900 inspections in the last 17 years with CCOF. She has contributed to a wide range of National Organic Program audits, including: multi-scope operations, livestock, dairy, grower, wild harvest and complex handler processing operations for livestock feed, human food, and healthcare products. Debbie also conducted annual inspections for the Japanese Certification Processors (JAS) and for Regenerative Organic Certification (ROC) for livestock and growers. Debbie is a master gardener and loves spending time outdoors with her horse, Garbo. She and her husband live in Woodland, California.
